If you are searching the Net for a campsite to book a mobile home holiday or a camping pitch then we hope that you will take a few minutes to explore our website.

We are the English owners of the campsite and Camping du Quinquis is a very family orientated, quiet campsite that will provide a great base from which to explore the superb beaches, forests, islands and rivers of Southern Brittany. On the other hand, if you just want to stay put and chill out, knowing that the kids are absolutely safe and enjoying themselves, then Quinquis could be just the campsite that you are looking for.

The campsite is set in 17 acres of mature parkland and the view from your pitch is guaranteed to include a wonderful variety of shrubs and trees (1325 trees at the last count!), yet the unspoilt seaside village of Le Pouldu and its 3 sandy beaches are only 2kms away.

Since we bought Camping du Quinquis in June 2003 our aim has been to update and improve the facilities and to provide an attractive, relaxing environment for people to either take a holiday or to buy a mobile home. The kind of people that come to Quinquis are;

• families with young children (like ours)
• families with older children who still like to holiday with their parents
• people who like to holiday outside of high season.

Over the last 5 years we have changed, added, extended, overhauled and improved almost every facility on the campsite. We now have a great pool area incorporating 3 swimming pools, a tennis court, a basketball court (well half a one any way), a volleyball pitch, mini-golf, 2 play areas and a much bigger and more comfortable bar. The Kids Club had a new marquee in 2007 and this year we have refurbished Claude's takeaway kitchen so his fine array of food will be even better this year.

We have not been and continue to be quite deliberately, not a campsite that would appeal to teenagers looking for lots of nightlife. There really is very little nearby either in the way of discos and bars so if that is what you want, it is unlikely that Quinquis will be the place for you. The weekly quiz and occasional music nights at the bar, however, do give everyone the chance to enjoy the social side of being on holiday.

Hopefully this website will give you a taste of what kind of holiday you can expect here. Also, having spent too many journeys to holiday destinations ourselves, anxious about what we’ll find when we get there, we have tried to provide as much information as possible about the campsite and the surrounding area.
