Your home from home...
Everybody wants to know what is available on a campsite; what is there for the kids to do, what entertainment is there etc? At the risk of simply providing a list, here is a list.....with a few words of explanation where appropriate.
Swimming pools
If the water is clean and warm and there are plenty of seats then everybody is happy. We understand this and so we have spent a lot of time since we bought the site to improve the swimming pool area and baby pool.
We have a large pool for swimming and a free form leisure pool featuring a waterfall, a small slide and a jacuzzi.
During high season we will have family swimming galas and the occasional moonlight swim.
We have loads of sunloungers around the pool so no need to get up early to spead a towel!
Reception/Depot du Pain
Reception is your first point of call when you arrive and usually for all other questions and assistance whilst you are on site.
More importantly, reception is where you can order your daily bread. It is all freshly made and delived by the local boulangerie and the aroma is always mouthwatering.
We also sell groceries and toiletries - the bits and pieces you have forgotten usually - and we also always have fresh milk for sale.
The team on reception are always on hand to advise about places to go and things to do so if you would like anything booked call in to see us there.
Bar
The bar was extended and refurbished in 2005 and it is the centre of campsite entertainment and evening events such as our boules competitions, quiz and the occasional karaoke.
Last year the bar received great reviews from many customers for the informal atmosphere The weekly quiz usually involves a bit of a singsong and during high season, we try to have at least 1 night a week with a local band playing. Please don't ask for an pint of English bitter at the bar but you can be sure that all major sports events will be on TV.
We have now extended the bar further with the addition of a 48sqm marquee. This provides additional seating areas and a great dance floor for band nights. We have ealso invested in some cool PA and lighting equipment for our band nights.
Wi-Fi
We have had wi-fi now for 3 years and the system is good. It doesn't quite cover all of the site but you can alsways come to the bar area for a surf and a cappucino.
Charges vary accoridng to the amount of access requried but the prices haven't changed this year..
120 minutes is 8€
7 days is 25€
Other access times are available.
Mole Club (Kids Club)
The children's club is held every weekday from 1030 to 1230 and will operate this year from Monday 25 July to Friday 26 August. Children between 4 and 12 are all welcome and there is a small charge payable locally.
The Kids Club received the highest score on our customer satisfaction survey last year and if the kids are happy then......
The activities sometimes vary according to the weather but Treasure Hunt, Wet 'n' Wild, Ball and Beauty and Party Time are just a few of the theme days that were so popular last year.
Tennis Court
Quinquis has a full size tennis court. It looks great sat just behind the pool area. Cost is 7€/hour and we suggest you book court time when you arrive.
