Details of all fees for the cost of an annual emplacement, site services and for buying and selling a mobile home at Camping du Quinquis are available upon request.

The site is open from mid April/Easter normally until the end of October

Site Services
We offer a full range of services for the care and maintenance of your mobile home and for looking after you customers if you rent your mobile home out. Please ask for details and prices.
We will also undertake one-off projects such as decking for your holiday home and we have access to suppliers for all manner of spares and accessories and for all caravan soft furnishings.
We can also help you to arrange insurance for your mobile home.
Age and Maintenance of Mobile Homes
Mobiles over 5 years old will not be accepted onto the site unless by prior agreement.
There is no maximum age for mobiles homes providing that the exterior is kept clean and is well maintained and that the facilities within the mobile are in good working order.
Mobile homes over 12 years old cannot be re-sold on the site unless by prior agreement.
Owners may make patios or decking on their pitch and/or erect sheds with the permission of the campsite. Where this leads to additional ground maintenance, owners must ensure that pitches are well maintained.
Sub-letting and Arrivals
All owners may sub-let their own mobile homes.
